Have you ever wondered if motivation to learn can overcome natural skills? If there is any idea of try you hardest to be as good as those who just are good in it naturally?

I don’t only mean art, but as generally. Why it always seems that eg. in school all the ‘good things(=stipends etc.) are given to those with top grades? Good for those who can remember everything in one sit etc., but how about those who work they ass off to get even the second best mark?

Why are all the good features seemed to be given to ‘ popular artist’, who actually already have they place in spotlight?

Other hand why should we only feature ‘ poor’ artist and not praise the good ones?
Or is there just too many people with the skill and motivation to learn more that the rest of us better just accept our place on the side?
